This year, Christmas Day and New Year’s day are on a Sunday, and as a church, we plan to be open for business on both holiday Sundays.
Our Christmas Day services, both morning and evening will be at earlier times, to help families spend time together.
There will be no midweek services in the week following Christmas Day, but we are meeting on New Year’s eve for an hour-long watchnight service at 11pm. It’s shorter this year because it’s a Saturday night and we’ll be back the following day for our normal Sunday Services.
Monday 2nd January is a public holiday, so there will be no prayer meeting that night, but we’re back on Wednesday 4th January for the Bible Study.
Christmas means many things to people. It’s a time for family, a time for children, a time to say thank you to friends and loved ones, but as Christians, one thing stands out – it’s a celebration of the coming of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ into the world. So come and join us over this Christmas period and celebrate the real reason for the season.
