Pastor David Ham was featured in last Saturday’s Belfast Telegraph – a great article by Leona O’Neill, and excellent coverage before our Alive Belfast event had even started. You can check it out online at the Belfast Telegraph website.
We had a fantastic time on the opening night of Alive Belfast with Pastor David Ham at our youth centre on Saturday night. The presence of God was amazing and there was great worship too from our well Band, Gemma Gracey and some powerful testimonies too.
Big thanks to Frank Mitchell at U105 for the radio interview promoting Alive Belfast with Pastor David Ham from Times Square Church New York. You can catch some of it on our Facebook page whitewell church and don’t forget Alive Belfast continues at 7.45pm tonight and Wednesday at the same time. Everyone welcome!
What an amazing time we had last Saturday morning in the centre of Belfast inviting people to Alive Belfast. People were touched by the amazing singing from people of all ages at Whitewell. Led by Pastor Stephen Campbell, we sang for an hour while others hand out leaflets. The icing on the cake our guest speaker from Times Square Church in New York, Pastor David Ham who brought a lovely thought, as did our senior pastor, David Purse.

Our Alive Belfast event takes place in September when we welcome David Ham, an associate pastor at Times Square Church where he preaches regularly and oversees the Evangelism ministry. Pastor David, who attended Elim Bible Institute and then later graduated from Roberts Wesleyan College with a bachelor’s degree in religion & philosophy, can’t wait to come here and meet the folks at Whitewell.
We begin an important week of prayer for our Alive Belfast mission starting this Monday, 19th August. There will be a prayer meeting held every morning from 7 am-8 am in our Magee room, with tea and toast to follow for those who require a quick bite before heading on to work etc.
