The Shepherd's Academy

The Purpose of The Shepherd’s Academy
Since opening in 2021, The Shepherd’s Academy has existed to deepen people’s faith in Christ and to equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12).
At The Shepherd’s Academy, men and women receive theological training that prepares them to serve faithfully in the church, the community, and society. Our desire is to see believers grounded in God’s Word, growing in spiritual maturity, and equipped to make Christ known.
We aim to ignite a passion for God, His word, and for His glorious gospel. Through the teaching and practical preparation of the Diploma in Biblical and Pastoral Studies, we seek to equip the next generation of pastors, Bible teachers, evangelists, elders and deacons, children’s workers, women’s ministry leaders, missionaries, worship leaders, and songwriters.
We look back to those faithful men and women God used in previous generations — missionaries such as Hudson Taylor and Amy Carmichael; preachers such as C.H. Spurgeon and Jonathan Edwards; and reformers such as Martin Luther and John Wycliffe. They served the Lord faithfully in their day, and we believe God is still raising up men and women who will boldly champion the cause of Christ in this generation.
Alongside its academic studies, The Shepherd’s Academy organises fellowship opportunities to encourage friendships among students. These include trips to significant historical sites from church history, mission trips, fellowship evenings, and end-of-year graduation events, all providing meaningful opportunities to grow together while studying alongside one another.
This year, we offer three courses - Foundation Course, Diploma, and Reformation Course
