The foodbank operates all year round, but especially at Christmas time, which is the busiest period. Over 200 well-packed hampers are delivered to people in our community during December.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who donated every week toward the Food Bank. By buying items each week, you are effectively donating a full hamper to a person/family by the end of the year. I can assure you, that these are very gratefully received, and most definitely meet the need in some very difficult situations, be it financial, family break-ups, deaths, the sick or even those who just need to know we care.
Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land. Deuteronomy 15:11

The Food Bank is in operation again this year. If you’d like to help, then throughout the year buy the items from the list below and drop them in the containers at the front doors of the church.
